Tour the Soldner Center

The Soldner Center in Aspen is a unique cultural space dedicated to preserving and celebrating the legacy of artists Paul and Ginny Soldner.

A visit to The Soldner Center is like stepping into a world where art and architecture intertwine, celebrating the enduring legacy of Paul and Ginny Soldner. Discover their innovative art and explore their meticulously hand-built home and studios, a testament to their creative vision and sustainable living. Paul Soldner, a pioneer in Raku pottery, left a significant artistic impact, and you'll witness firsthand the spaces where his revolutionary techniques took form.

The in-depth, docent-led tour offers an intimate look at the five historic buildings and property, crafted over 40 years, revealing inspiring stories of the Soldners' inventiveness and ingenuity.

Wander through the Round Building gallery, a private collection of ceramic artworks made by many of the important American ceramic artists of the second half of the 20th century, experience the kiln yard, and connect with the profound influence they had on 20th-century art.

More than a tour, this is a chance to immerse yourself in a truly unique and inspiring environment, where every corner tells a story and sparks creativity. Feel free to sketch or journal on the grounds for an hour after the tour.
