Our Spring Premier Gallery & Museum Tour
Get to Know The Ann Korologos Gallery, The Art Base Toklat Gallery, and the Aspen Art Museum.
Join the Redstone Art Foundation members and guests as we tour two exceptional premier galleries and a world-renowned museum on Friday, June 3 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Expect a day filled with art and good company!
Meet at The Ann Korologos Gallery, 211 Midland Ave., Basalt at 10:00 am for our first stop. This gallery features the work of 40 locally and nationally-acclaimed artist and includes painting, photography, and sculpture depicting Western themes and landscapes.
We will then travel to The Art Base Toklat, 174 Midland Ave., Basalt for an 11:00 am tour of this gallery which is dedicated to fine handcrafted art. During our visit, the work of Andrea Wendel, an innovative furniture designer will be featured.
Our final stop will be the Aspen Art Museum, 637 East Hyman Ave., Aspen where we will have lunch at the museum’s Rooftop Cafe’ at 1:00 pm followed by a 2:00 pm tour of this world-renowned museum. Of special interest will be the newly mounted exhibit by Gaetano Pesue entitled My Dear Mountains. Mr. Pesue’s large-scale site-specific project was conceived especially for the Aspen Art Museum.

You are free to attend all of the day’s events or to elect to participate in specific portions of the day. There is no fee except for lunch. Please see the Rooftop Cafe’ for menu options.
If you would like to share transportation a carpool will be leaving the Redstone Inn at 9:00 am.
